Its always difficult to find an independent coffee shop that is open late. Of course you will find a Starbucks or Coffee bean open late. Oh of course Intelligentsia is also open. But I am here on this planet to try new places like Bru. And Bru Coffee Bar was open till 10pm!

Bru carries Ritual Roasters coffee beans which is a company from San Francisco since 2005.

When I walked in there were people studying, on their computers, or reading. This brought me flashbacks how I used to go to coffee shops to study while in grad school. I think it is nice to be able to go to a coffee shop and just do something soothing, calming or maybe just sitting drinking your coffee.

Of course I go with my cafe-ista, to have a cup of joe at Bru Coffee Bar.

We both ordered the same thing a cafe latte, and also wore different versions of the same shoes. I also ordered a bran muffin (I was excited the fact that the muffin had no raisins), and my partner in crime ordered a coconut cookie.
