So I decided to have my last Non Fat Latte (NFL….football baby!) at Café de Leche in Highland Park. Here is their blog.
Yes, I took this picture from Misha Lulu, xox thank you!
This coffee shop is a small business own by Matt and Anya. They are locals who brought a wonderful Café to the city of Highland Park, and near the city of Eagle Rock. A welcoming, cute café was lacking in Highland Park and Café de Leche helped make the city a little more complete.
Stumptown does their own roasting. Their website explains exactly where they get their beans, and what altitude the coffee is grown. They have lots of information of where your beans originate from, so you know what you are drinking.
They wanted to pick a coffee roasting company that would bring a smooth and great taste in order to satisfy your cafesito needs, and Stumptown did that! They made sure they worked with a company that can educate them about the bean and how to make good coffee in order to make you happy. So we are all happy.
And Yes, I was happy!
They are very proud to carry Stumptown coffee! I think it was a good choice too.
Here is Cafesita’s picture tour:
They also have Art on display:
SO DA works on buildings, graphics and fabrication. You can check there site HERE.
Anya’s favorite taste is a smooth and mild taste. But they also carry more of a strong coffee flavor in order to satisfy that type of taste bud. Café de Leche makes sure they bring you coffee where they know where it comes from, and also make sure your cup of coffee is good quality.
They won’t just settle, and you shouldn’t have to settle for a regular cup of coffee just to wake up in the morning. Why not end up with a smile after your first sip? At Café de Leche I had a smile on my face, even after I left. I think this makes a great grand finale for 2010.
So I think you must now try Cafe de Leche for 2011, it will leave you with a smile.
